See according to lenz law the direction of induced is in such manner to support to the decreasing magnetic field ie in clock wise direction
The induced current will be v=ir
I=V/R
V= rate change of flux
Flux=B.A
V=d/dt(0.5) exp-2t. π(0.1) ^2
=-2.1/2.^-2t.π0.1^2
t=1 sec
r=10cm=0.1 m
R=1092
